Welcome to Floof Inc, the premier kitten entertainment platform. You’re the new PM and your job is to keep the kittens happy and grow the business.
Kitten PM is a free product management simulation game, inspired by Lemmings. But the lemmings are kittens, and the kittens are your customers.
The game is based around a 30-day subscription product loop, and its core idea is to teach product thinking by making the cause and effect of trade-offs visible & playable.
Complete the syllabus and get a mildly ridiculous digitally-signed certificate.

Game play
Kitten PM has two styles of play:
1. Levels
This is the teaching syllabus of the game. Each level introduces a new idea, and as the game progresses, the trade-offs layer up to create complexity. Completing level 8 earns you the PM certificate.
It’s not necessary to complete the levels in one-sitting. You can revisit any level later by typing the level name into the load level modal on the main menu.
2. Free play
A free play area with everything unlocked and some cash to get started. Experiment with strategies to earn a million.
Finding help
Kitten PM’s game mechanics are designed to be discovered rather than taught, so I’ve deliberately tried not to over-explain things in the game.
That said, I have created some guides for those that want it:

- FAQs - common questions, I’ll update these as they come in.
- Product concepts (coming soon) - deeper explanations on each of the product mechanics, their rationale and how they are calculated.
